(DALLAS—October 15, 2018) Tella Firma Foundations, a construction-technology company, today announced that Avi Kahn, President and CEO of Hilti North America (www.hilti.com), has joined as an independent outside director to its board of directors. Kahn brings vast executive experience in innovative construction products. After starting in territory sales, he worked directly with customers and then progressed through the organization in various leadership roles. Prior to being named President and CEO of Hilti North America, he fulfilled a six-year international assignment as General Manager of Hilti Canada.

Kahn brings nearly fifteen years of experience at Hilti, one of the most well-known international companies in the construction industry. He holds an MBA from Bellevue University, as well as certificates from the management programs of Columbia, Wharton, and Stanford.
